Kirmene Marzouki, Ph.D. is specialized in Brain Like Computing. Graduated from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, he was awarded a scholarship by the Japanese Government, where he got his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Information Engineering, specializing in Machine Learning and Computer Vision from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan. As soon as he got back to Tunisia, he felt the need to introduce ICT in key issue sectors to address today’s rapidly changing needs and quickly moving technologies requiring intelligent software development. He founded SPIKE-X Tunisia, an AI specialized START-UP that provides decision support solutions allowing to better understand, predict and influence human decision making of large groups and populations.
